All about us
This is a space built on a simple belief: women thrive when they support each other.
Sisterhood of Women grew out of a question that kept surfacing over years of working with people through some of their biggest professional and personal transitions. The question was this: why do the most capable, experienced, thoughtful women so often find themselves navigating change alone?
Not because they lack support. But because the spaces available to them rarely feel right. Too corporate. Too performative. Too full of slogans about hustling and levelling up, when what they actually need is room to think, honest conversation, and the company of women who understand.
That is what this is. A quiet, intelligent space for reflection, growth, and genuine connection. Not a coaching brand. Not a networking group. Something closer to a modern salon or a really good conversation over coffee that leaves you thinking differently about what comes next.
My name is Amanda. I am a C-suite executive with a Master's degree and a doctorate in progress. I have spent over two decades leading people strategy, organisational transformation, and large-scale change at the most senior levels, and I sit on a national governing board. I speak on stages about the future of work, people, and leadership. I write about it too.
None of that happened by accident. I worked for every bit of it.
But this is not really about credentials. The reason they matter here is that I have spent my entire career in rooms where big decisions get made about people and how organisations treat them. I have led the kind of change that reshapes how thousands of people experience their working lives. And what I have noticed, consistently, is that the most thoughtful, capable women in those rooms are often the ones with the least space to stop and think about their own direction.
They are brilliant at holding everything together for everyone else. They are less practised at pausing long enough to ask what they actually want next.
I built Sisterhood of Women because I wanted that space to exist. For the women I have worked with. For the women I have not yet met. And, honestly, for myself.
